Turnkey are able to offer
a professional and efficient planning service, which includes
the preparation of planning drawings, together with the submission
of the planning application documentation to the Local Planning
Authority. The planning application is then progressed by our
office on a weekly basis through to a decision. Progress is entered
onto our planning status report and issued through to our Client.
This system has proved extremely successful, since it can avoid
the delay of an application being dealt with, especially if additional
information is required by the Local Authority prior to the outcome
of an application being determined.
We have also built a very strong working relationship with Bolsover
District Council, with whom we partner now on the majority of
our projects when submitting building regulation applications.
The applications are monitored and dealt with by Bolsover District
Council, although the necessary site inspections are carried
out by the relevant Local Authority. The final decision notice
is also issued by the Local Authority, however, only following
the sanction of Bolsover District Council. As with planning applications,
building regulation applications are progressed on a weekly basis,
in order for status reports to be updated and issued to the Client. |
