us on the basis of recommendation.
A wide range
of design projects are undertaken, ranging from housing schemes
through a strong base in the motor trade and road related outlets,
to full commercial developments.
An expertise
has been developed with road related projects from full motorway
and trunk road service areas, hotels, restaurants to urban petrol
filling stations, where through our Clients we work with many
leading planners, highway and drainage engineers, barristers
and solicitors across the country.
A full range
of architectural and surveying services is provided, as required,
and we are normally involved with projects from the inception.
Services can then be provided through outline proposals, scheme
designs, surveys, planning applications, planning negotiations,
working drawings, building control submissions, competitive or
negotiated tender, to site supervision and project completion.
The practice is happy to tailor these services to suit the individual
Client and the extent of services provided can be altered from
Client to Client and project to project. At all stages, the practice
brings its expertise to achieve a successful conclusion and where
appropriate can recommend other consultants in all fields and
handle their instructions.
The practice
also offers all surveying functions, from land surveys, schedules
of dilapidation's and conditions, through to a comprehensive
quantity surveying service from initial budgets, estimating,
cost planning, productions of bill of quantities and schedules
of works through financial control and management of contracts.
Special projects
are also undertaken for our Clients providing a combined surveying
and financial service in the creation of standard maintenance
schedules and systems, measured term contracts, cash flow forecasts
and assessment reports for site purchases.
The practice
works from two offices, based in Cirencester and Hitchin and
operates throughout the whole of England, Scotland and Wales.
